Fire Hibachi was founded by Yedid Gomez with one vision: to bring something fresh and exciting to Redwood City’s food scene. Inspired by the bold flavors of Mexican street food and the thrill of hibachi-style cooking, Yedid combined both to create a food truck unlike any other. What started as a passion for cooking quickly grew into a community favorite, where every plate is made with heart, fire, and flavor.
